Certified copies cost $6.00 per page. Exemplifications cost $20 plus $6 per page for each document requested and must be accompanied by payment in the form of a cashier’s check from a New York bank, attorney’s check, or money order payable to the Richmond County Clerk. Search fees for probate records by mail are $30 per estate if the death occurred within the past 25 years and $90 per estate for deaths over 25 years ago.
